BECKY OGDEN - "I just wanted you to know that I "stumbled" onto your website and was so PLEASED! My first "home away from home" was Mililani. I lived on Kipapa Dr. back in 77-79. I absolutely loved living in Hawaii! I have returned 5 times with my children and friends and I always return to Mililani. I have an extremely good friend that lives in the valley (Waipio?). She was my salvation when I was a young misplaced teenager back in the 70's. My oldest child was born at Tripler, then we took him home to Mililani for the next 6 months of his life. It was very important to me to bring him back when he was old enough to realize what a special place he started out in. He LOVED it! (I knew he would!) Well, I have rambled on enough. My main point in contacting you is to let you know that I think you all are doing a terrific job. Mililani NEEDS to be on the web so people can get a small idea of what a wonderful place it is. I will always consider it my home. It's my comfort zone, if you will. Keep up the good work...I will bookmark this to return to often." 4/99.

SHANNON FLETCHER - If you know the whereabouts of MHS student Shannon Fletcher, please contact the Hawaii Missing Children's Center at (808) 586-1449, or email Mililani Interactive Editor. Shannon is described as being six feet tall, 130 pounds with dark red hair and braces. 1/99. UPDATE 3/99

ANONYMOUS - Another 1985 MHS graduate recently wrote, "I'm looking for Brett Vuyke (spelling?)..I don't want anything from him, I just need to talk to him. It's very, very important."

ANONYMOUS - A 1988 MHS graduate is looking for Beth Muraoka (MHS '88).

JANNELLA SMITH - "I used to live in hawaii. and I lived just up the street from Kipapa (sorry I don't remember how to spell it.) I played on a AYSO soccer team. We were called the Hotshots; we were green and blue. It was around 1988. If anyone remembers that team write to my e-mail. Also I was on a girls' baseball team - Wildcats, blue and white...same time. I'd love to hear from someone!!"

MARJORIE L. DALTON - In the 50's & 60's, I lived on Nob Hill, which has since become Mililani. I attended Kipapa Grade School and Wahiawa Intermediate. My fifth grade teacher at Kipapa was Jean Nakata, and my sixth grade teacher was Bobby Lee (who is now at Punahou, I think). At Kipapa, I was awarded the first KGS pin for perfect attendance and all a's in 1960. I still have the pin in my jewelry box. Hawaii was very different in those days..there was only one road called Kamehameha highway that went from one side of the island to the other. I was a member of Waialua Beach Club and spent many happy hours there. At school, we celebrated lei day in a huge way, putting on a pagent for which we built an outdoor stage each year. It was great. I am a grandmother now of four and mother of two grown children. I studied psychology at National Louis University in Wheaton Illinois. I work with children with disabilities in the area of education, and am also a paralegal. I would love to hear back from any of you at my saasa@iname.com...ALOHA.":
