I KNOW that--I HAVE been a pedestrian as well as a driver in that intersection, and I stand by my previous comments. Even when drivers are abiding by the rules of the intersection, the students, not all but a great number of them, are filled with a chip-on-the-shoulder nonchalance that is irritating and time-wasting, not to mention incredibly immature. I still believe that even when drivers follow the rules, the students are at least 60% of the problem, and that is the fact of matter--and this is from the horses mouth--I WAS A STUDENT AND A PEDESTRIAN--my opinion is much harder to refute than the normal typical driver who has never or has rarely crossed that intersection on foot....think about THAT...
