Mililani Town Association provides to its members free
notary service at its Administrative Office located at 95-303 Kaloapau Street. Notary
hours are from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. An
appointment is required. Calls at 623-7300, to make an appointment with our
notary, are accepted between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 4;15 p.m., on a
first-come-first-served basis. Homeowners must
bring a photo identification card with signature on it and a physical description of
themselves as the person whose signature is to be notarized. Individuals must provide
their own documents.
CAUTION: a notary will
not notarize documents which are written in a language the notary does not comprehend, nor
will a notary notarize documents which the notary is not comfortable with due to the
contents of the document being submitted for notarization. If you have any doubts or
questions regarding the documents being considered to be notarized, call the notary at
623-7300 during the above listed hours to discuss whether the type of document to be
notarized will be accepted.
